Revision status addition/modification

Good afternoon staff,

Every time I need to update the revision status on every drawings. I had 40 drawings and I repeated doing the same thing which did not improve productivity.

So I would like to enquire how do I add/modify the revision status on the drawing template with only 1 time, and then, all the 40 drawings would be updated at the same time?

I would be grateful if you could provide some advices on this issue.

Do you have 1 drawing with 40 layouts, or 40 individual drawings?
We have some metadata (I didn't write it) where you can update the properties box of it and it automatically puts the info on to the drawing, such as file path, author, date, invoice code etc. But that'll only work if you have 1 drawing with 40 layouts.
