Resource Manager error????

We are using Raster Design for R2008 and we are getting a "Resource Manager
Error" on this 1 computer.

We have reloaded everything from Autodesk on this computer and we are still
getting this error.

There is nothing under knowledge base about it and I wondering if anyone is
familar with this.

I've attached an image of the error we are getting.

Any help would be much appreciated

Try adding AeciIb51enu.dll directory to the support path directories
in AutoCAD options.
