Raster Design 2009 locks up on .sid insert

Running Raster Design 2009 on Landdesktop 2009 using a Windows Vista 64 bit machine.

When I select Insert on the Raster Design toolbar, I can select the .sid file with no problem, and I can change the settings/coordinate system with no problems. However, when I click Finish to insert the .sid file, the status bar shows "Applying Transparency 0%" and Autocad becomes unresponsive and locks up.

On my Raster Design Option, it is set to AutoInsert and .sid format is added to my Extension list.

If you have any insight at all as to why AutoCad freezes up whenever I try to insert a .sid, i would really appreciate it.
