Raster Commands in AutoCAD Session

I've run into an interesting issue.  I know when you start Raster Design, it starts AutoCAD and loads it's menu command library files, etc.  Afterward, I can start AutoCAD and see the Raster menu, which is cool.  In fact, one of our users wants to just start AutoCAD and the Raster menus and commands just be there.  Fortunately, this is fine with the menus.  Unfortunately, not so with the commands.  The command-side is really weird.  If I start AutoCAD and attempt to run a Raster command, I get an error where the command files did not load.  If I remove and reimport the profile, the commands work (all within the same session).  But once I close my AutoCAD session and restart it, I'm back to square one.... any ideas out there on this?
