Problem with Raster Design 2005

I installed LDD 2005 along with Civil and Survey 2005. I have also installed the patches for Civil and Survey as well. Now I installed Raster Design, and had no errors during the install. However, when I try to run it using rhe Raster Design icon, it first gives me an error about 'AcMapWorkspace.arx; cannot find a procedure it needs' It then continues until it gets to a point where it gives me an "AutoCad Aborting" dialog and kicks me out. I have followed the instructions in TS74394 and TS65567, and have also deleted all the NCS* files in every folder. I have uninstalled everything and reinstalled several times. Any insights/ideas would be greatly appreciated
