pixel to points

I have a bitonal .tif image containing pixels.  I need to create a point for each black pixel on my image.  I'm aware of creating lines and text, but what about points?  Am I overlooking something obvious here?  

If RD can't do it, is anyone aware of a package that can?

So I was told by Support that it can't really be done in Raster Design.  I was given a few things to try, as well as using a third party software package, but ESRI's ArcGIS did what I needed.

Once again, if you would like to be able to do a function like this, don't purchase MAP and Raster Design.  Instead fork out the money for the latest version of ArcGIS.  Not only does it have a tool to convert pixels to points, but it also will read more versions of Geotiffs, it has more accurate coordinate systems and datums, and will project data with more integrity.
