OCR Problems in RasterDesign 2010

I am trying to use the OCR and always get the message "Text recognition operation failed to return a valid result."

Any Ideas?

I recall something in the ReadMe about OCR on Vista 64 (and I presume all 64 bit MSOS). What OS you using?

How have you resolve your problem ? Because i have the same error with the french version of Raster Design 2011 under windows xp pro 32bit SP3 within AutoCAD Mechanical 2011 SP3

when i use the command IRECTEXT

I have no message on the command line of AutoCAD but i have a dialog box with the error message: 

"La reconnaissance de texte n'a pas donné de résultat correct."

"Pour plus de détils, cliquez sur le bouton Détails"

and the details is:    "Une erreur inconnue s'est produite"

see the error message on the screen capture attached.
