multiple problems with Raster Design since version 2008!!!!

There are multiple problems in our office in regards to Raster Design, versions 2008 and versions 2009. One of us out of the three actually could NEVER use Raster 2008 and had to revert back to Raster version 2007. Our office is currently working on version 2009. The first problem is that the command "IINSERT" has not worked in the previous versions for one or two of us out of the three using the program. If we try to insert a drawing into Autocad that is a TIF file we get an error, that is stated as follows. IINSERT command Error:c:\program files\autocad raster design 2009\AeciUi51.ARX ; cannot find a procedure that it needs. unknown command "IINSERT". Also, when it directs you to F1 (help) it just directs you to a discussion group to get an answer, which has just sent us in a loop. The second problem is that we can't two out of the three of us can't view aerials since we have been working on version 2009. The third problem is that the same two out of the three that can't view aerials have a problem viewing blocks that have been established since I believe release 14. It's not any one certain drawing that we had a problem with it is basically every drawing. We can see the block on our screen in the drawing but it doesn't actually exist in the drawing. If you were to click on it the block will disappear. If you try to insert the block back into the drawing it shows it in the files to choose from but it is not able to be inserted. There are other blocks that we are able to use and see, some of those blocks were established near the same time as the ones that we can't see. We have asked for help in the past via phone and via e-mail and are getting NO response, even from where we purchased the product. PLEASE can someone help us out. Thank You! The Master Guru, Murph is probably recovering from
Jet Lag as we speak.  It has been about 3 days since I attended his seminar
and  one of the things that I remembered from his seminar is
this:

Make sure you load up Raster D
face=Arial size=2>esign BEFORE you load your drawing or image files.  This
will allow the internal programs to have enough memory to operate and can page
out the file info to the hard drive.

Sounds like it's either users profiles or the
security system you/they are running. What are the specs on the workstations and
what product are you running RD on?

Far from the Master Guru on RD, just one of the few
that did a session on it.

In the past when I've had this particular issue it has generally been after I've applied a Map 3D (in my case) Service Pack. So what I did was 'Repair" Raster Design and all was well. I don't know if your situation is the same but it worked for me.

Cheers

The cui for Raster Design is not loading correctly
or fully. Try unloading the CUI for Raster Design and reload it.
