Missing .dll files with AutoCAD Raster 2010

When I try to start ACR2010, I get errors saying that a few dll files are missing. They are acdb17.dll, ac1st17.dll, and acge17.dll. I can find them in the Autocad 2009 program folders, but I noticed that inside the 2010 Autocad folder there are the dll files acdb18.dll, ac1st18.dll, and acge18.dll. It's almost like Autocad 2010 is trying to open ACR2009 instead of ACR2010.

I went to my computers advanced properties and removed ACR2009 path from the environment variables and left the ACR2010, but I still have this problem. Any help would be appreciated.

Did you ever solve this issue?
I am getting the same issues launching AutoCAD Raster Design 2010

AutoCAD Raster design 2010 may be finding resources from AutoCAD and/or Raster Design 2007, 2008 or 2009 versions. This Technical Solution was written for the majority of side-by-side users with 2009 and 2010 installed. These instructions can also be translated for 2007 and 2008. The goal is to get the Program Files\<Raster Design> paths out of the Windows PATH statement and in to the host AutoCAD's Support Files Search Path.
