Automatic Loading of the Image Menu, can it be done?

I am currently trying to investigate, how i can get the "Image" menu to load automatically during an instalation of AutoCAD Raster Design 2010 for multiple users? we have multiple installs (50+) to do and going though all of the them to load the menu is not an option as there could be 60+ users.

Any help on this would be greatly appreciated.

I have also run a capture tool to check what files are being added and ammended, as well with the registries, then applying them to a new install, but this doest not appear to work.
