AutoCAD Message ... One or more objects

"One or more objects in this drawing cannot be saved to the specified format. The operation was not completed and no file was created."

Seems to happen only when using raster imagery. Weird work around - Run Audit (even if no errors found) then will save. I can live with it, but would like suggestions on a better solution. Please advise.

got the same error today in ACA but no raster was involved
Have never seen this error before.
the audit trick didn't work for me though.
