that my issue with RD 2011 and 10 second pauses when my cursor encounters a cogo Point will never be addressed? Civil3D 2011. Like the tooltip issue with RD 2010 and Civil. I lived with it until 2011 came out figuring it would get fixed. At least the tooltip issue was minimal compared to this hesitation issue now.
