Win7 and cursor

I have win7 pro 64bit with XP mode. I got everything installed ok and it seems to be running.
I haven't used it for work yet, I just finished the install.

There is one issue at the moment.
Normally you have a pick box and some lines on the screen.

Mine shows that but there is also an arrow pointer over the top of the pick box.
Its a bit distracting. I would like a way to get rid of the arrow cursor.

This happened to me just once before on a regular XP system but a restart fixed it.

I tried starting AutoCad from the VM with XPmode full screen and windowed
Also from the Win7 start menu.

I suppose I should be thankful about it actually running and saving $4000 🙂

A workaround might be to use an XP cursor that is very small. I've never changed cursors before.
