am currently using Autocad13 with Windows Vista. As far as compatability goes
I would say 85% ok. I previously saved some drawings to a CD, now they will
not open. I receive a message, "To access files in read only directory, you
must configure a temp. file location other than drawing" I do not understand
the open temp. file location. The drawing was originally saved as a Autocad
drawing. Can someone help.
Using a USB flash drive, I copied a AutoCAD 13 drawing from my old Dell computer (windows). When I copied it to my Hp computer (with windows Vista) also using same autocad13 program I was able to get the drawing but I lost my tool bar on the transfer. Note- The reason I used the USB flash, was that the CD and DVD does not work on the old Dell. No options for me when coping. Same results for other drawings. I also transfered the drawing to documents and my hard drive but that also did not work. Can you help me.APF
