How to open DGN in AutoCAD R14?

i would like to open DNG drawings in R14,
but haven't installed Microstation in my PC,
it is possible??

If you have MapR2/R3 (which are R14 based) then you can use it's MAPIMPORT command. Otherwise you can take a look at third party conversions like those at http://www.decisiongraphics.com.
