Get error while starting AutoCAD R14

Hi all

One of our customer they are using AutoCAD R14 because their own software is running on top of AutoCAD R14

Recently they purchase AutoCAD 2012 and install it in the machine while they still keep AutoCAD R14

But after installing every time when they start AutoCAD R14 they get the error

FATAL ERROR:  FMTOUT 1

Is there any one experience with this, please help me
