Authorization Code- popup

We have a legal copy of R 14 and recently upgraded our hardware to a faster computer and reinstalled R 14. We have a valid Authorization code, however about every 2 weeks the pop up says you have a 30 day trial please enter your authorization code. We enter it but it just doesn't seem to permantely store it - and two weeks later - the same thing. We have to reinstall printers etc--- a lengthy problem. It might be tied into cleaning the registry or something. Any ideas??

I'm guessing that the faster hardware came with a newer operating system
like XP? Sounds like it might be a permissions issue. Running as the
administrator or user?

I checked - he is an administrator. By the way we are running 14.0 nor 14.01- could that matter? None of the other machines have that problem

That is a known issue with the OS...

R14 must be installed with current user, and must be configured with each
individual user that is going to be using that system...

Usually happens with Professional and XP...
