hatch, standard use

I repeatedly use only several hatch patterns for shingles brick or siding, Each time i use them I must reset scale, rotation etc.

Does anyone have a lisp routine to evoke what I need without this repetition.

If i have three or four locations to cross hatch, it will automatically do it. But once I leave or get away from the drawing editor mode, it forgets.

But long as I stay in there, it keeps on doing same ol' routine time after time.

You cannot just hatch once, then leave and return two minutes later expecting it to remember the settings.

when setting the hatch pattern or changing it from one to another, just pick the "inherit properties" button.

Thanks so much - that works great.

I made a block with all my common hatch patterns and insert that and then pick away.
