Wrong Flange being Inserted

I'm running a pipe the is connected to a nozzle on a tank. When I start running it, the first component that is put in is a PH IMPERIAL Flange ND 4". I'm not sure what this flange is but the only flange available per my spec is a lap joint stub end/lap joint flange combination. Does anyone know what is going on here and why I'm having this issue?

It is putting in a placeholder because the spec'ed flange params are likely not the same as the Tank's nozzle.  Check the facing, rating, and size of the nozzle to see if it matches the spec.  If it does, check the spec to make sure your lapjoint SE flange has a 4" size available.  Bottom line, it is placing the placeholder flange because it does not match your nozzle params.

Hope this helps.
