Wanted! Snap To Pipe Quadrant

If Only i could snap to the quadrant of this pipe (XREF) to get the Z elevation, then moving this Steel TOS EL wouldnt be such a pain.
Any future development on this?

Hi,

You can easily do this by using "Change Pipe Elavation" grip. When choosing this grip, three numbers appear which one of them is the BOP Elavation. you can use Tab key to move between them and type any elavation you want.

This was asked for in 2009 and in my release of 2014 it is still not a feature of P3D. Is there any plan on adding the function of snapping to quadrant so that I can set my TOS at the BOP easily?

does "ID" and "DI" command not helpful?? I've tried adding a member using pipe quadrant snap just now, hmm... and it works fine, so what's the issue about the quadrant snap?? Thanks
