The Vault help file says Vault Basic supports Plant 3D.... I was surprised to read this, since I thought it only worked with paid versions of Vault:

with plant 3d you don't need to have the vault client installed to get the vault add in it comes with plant out of the box

for 2012 Plant

use vault as it nessesery in a group , one member do a "check out"   ( so a copy are on his laptop )

make a ckeck in  so far everything fine

but 😉 the copy still on the laptop , he forget to dell manuel !! ( what a **** )

work on on the "copy" and vault check it in later ----- als the things ar gone , no one knows or ifen se what are going on

that was just one of the Big Bug´s

Plant self are not made for ( see Contens file on lokel maschine )

Catalog you have to copy .. and on and on

like i said 2012 ( dont think its better now because Plant still Plant )

Cheers for the video. That's as I understood it originally, pretty sure that help file is incorrect.

Vault Basic is supported for non Project workflows.... not sure there are any useful non project workflows. Thanks to Jarrod for clarifying.
