Unable to Route New Line

just started trying to route pipe with 2014 and when i pick Route New Line from the drop down menu nothing happens? i am not able to create new line numbers?

I played with this issue this afternoon some.  I believe it's from your Pipe Line Group tag setup.  For me the issue occurred if the Line Number property is included in the Tag format. Instead you should be using the Number property.
