tool palette issue

When I try to load my tool palette from the Spec Viewer, it gives this error message I have attached to the post. Please advise?

1. Is the problem with ALL toolpalettes or just this one?
2. Is the problem all the tools in this palette or just this one?
3. Is the problem in ALL your files, or just this one?

Dig a little deeper, provide more detailed information with more observed actions.

Does the behavior repeat if you have PLANTDYNAMICTOOLPALLETE enabled? You may just want to turn that on to generate the palette for you, and then turn it back off.

I tried the suggestion given and received this error message that I have attached.

We are also facing the same problem. Fatal error comes when we select the create tool pallete.

Is SP 1 installed or Extension 2?

Installed SP1 today, not facing this issue now.
