Synchronise single catalogue item into a Spec

I know you can synchronise a catalogue into a spec but is there a way to synchronise a single item from a catalogue into a spec without removing and re adding the item?

Right now we don't have this option of synchronizing single item /component.

Maybe I will add this to the wishlist.
