Support Problem P3D 2012

I am trying to create pre-filled support blocks using the out of box supports and have a problem.

I make an out of the box support and place it on a pipe.  I changed (both) long descriptions and the material code.  I drag that support onto the tool pallette and it retains it as a block.  When click on the block in the pallette and place it on the pipe, it removes the Long Description Family and the Material Code but retains the Long Description (size). 

Any one know a way around this?

I can recreate this. Now our development department is aware of it. Currently you have to insert those properties again after the insert. If you use the QUICKSELECT it is faster to do this.
