Spec Update in 3d Modle

Hello Everybody,

I started a project called Project 6. After this I created one of our steam piping spec (4c-02.03) based on the ASME Pipe and Valve Catalogue. This standard will not show up in the Project 6 or any earlier projects. I did the spec update but the spec  will not show up in Plant 3D spec list.

Then I started Project 7 and new pipe spec is loaded in Plant 3D spec list. Is there some setting or steps that I am missing? I would like to bring the new spec in the earlier projects that I have started.

Thanks in advance for any suggestions.

you will need to copy the new spec files to the existing project 6 spec folder.

The spec file you want to use in a project should be in the

Project main folder\Spec Sheets

folder.

If you create a new project based on an old one, the new project will have the spec files from the base project.
