Hi Ahmed,

The 3D solid needs the color to be set to "ByBlock" if you want it to inherit the color of the pipe that it is placed on.

Thanks,
Dan

Hi Ahmed,

You should be able to edit the blocks in the DWG folder of the catalog.

The change will only be seen in new drawings though. Existing drawings will need to have any flanges deleted and purged from the drawing.

Thanks,

Dan

Hi Ahmed,

In the DIN folder there is a subfolder called DWG:

C:\AutoCAD Plant 3D 2013 Content\CPak DIN\DIN Valves Catalog\DWG

This is where the drawings containing the blocks of the custom flanges are stored. You can open the drawing and using BEDIT modify the flanges color to ByBlock.

Thanks,

Dan
