Question about report creator:no permission to save excel file

I want to know if you met this problem:

when i export excel file from report creator,i will prompt me this error infor:

what cause it happen?

i installed excel and can use it very well.

Do you have write access to the directory where the Excel file is to be located?

sure.

just the default location in project directory.
