Property lost in Plant 3D model

Hi

As you can see in the attached dwg file.all of the property have lost.

During creating the model ,we can see all of the property .

but when we close the model,it will be lost.

Some of the property will be back when  reopen the software or restart PC.

So anybody met it before and what will cause it happen?

Thank you so much.

It's hapen when is useing the command "save as..." in Plant3D. In this case, the dwg detach from database, and all objects losing properties. If you delete the drawing from project and then turn add it the objects turn recover their properties.

Thank you for your reply.

I test it:

if i save as a model,we can't see the property in the new model as it doesnot belong to any project.

but if we add the model the current project or other project,we can still see the property.

So it means when we save as a model ,the new file still contain all of the property.

So anything other could cause it happen?

Are you using the default SQLite database configuration for your projects, or are you running Microsoft SQL Server Express?

I have submitted this issue to the development team and they are currently looking into a fix for the problem.

hello ron.li, jason drew,

I've noticed the following:

when you are working in more than one drawing and switching from one to another drawing without saving, you will lose properties too,  e.g. tagnumbers of valves...

So when you are switching between drawings:

FIRST SAVE !
