Problem with drive orientation custom block

Hi, everyone! At first, forgive me for my english)

Please help me to find solution of next problem: I use Plant 3d 2013 for 64 bit, I' ve made custom block with PLANTPARTCONVERT, deside 2 ports for my model, add in catalog and than add to speclist - everything was nice, BUT then I insert my valve in pipe I cant reach some orientation - I image my problem in attachments file. Don't work one arow then I put on it - nothing change, just ask me to deside position for point, other press-button works well.  What is I've made wrong?

And sometimes than I deside ports with PLANTPARTCONVERT they appears in other place..... Why it's happend?  In my case problem - place for ports - god! they match with model and oriented god!

I will be happy to get advice!!!)))
