Problem with adding drawings to project

Hi everyone,

I am trying to work on Autocad Plant 3D 2013. When I make a new project everythin is fine until I want to add new drawing to it. Then error pops up. Error message .txt 

It doesn't matter which drawing standard I have chosen (ISO, PIP...). When I click continue nothing happens. I tried migrating projects from previous versions (2011) and it doesn't help. I have also tried to completely uninstall all Autodesk software and suprisingly it didn't help too. I am running just installed Windows 8.1.

It is possible to get rid of everything from for example Sample Project and work on those drawings, but this does not satisfy me. Right now I have spent few days to make it work, and at the moment I have also lost all hope;). I have installed all updates and fixes form Autodesk support.
