Please kindly Help for Isogen Error

Dear sir,

I ve founded some error when generating isometric drawing from p3d isogen.

it informed " [Error32] Unknown error in PISOGEN " and point to the path directory that contain drawing and fls file as per attachment

I dont know if this a system or programm error but reinstallation the software can not solve the problem

I ve seach for anwsers in Autodesk site but it can't find way out

which release do you use? 

Probe to generate iso in another project. which is the result?

Two things to try. If isos fail on all drawings, then it might be a path issue. Isogen does not like paths that are too long, contain spaces, or unicode double byte charaters (e.g. chinese, japanese, or korean characters)

If it works on some drawings, then the path isn't an issue. It's most likely a problem with the particular lines themselves. Posting a PCF file might help figure out what's wrong.
