Please explain which Object enabler to use.

We have Plant 3D 2012, AutoCAD 2010 and Navisworks 2011.

We need to see all the fittings in Navisworks. I have tried installing the 2012 Object Enabler but that says there are no valid programs. The 2011 object enabler installs but does not make any difference even after erasing the Navisworks NWC files.

How can I get Navisworks to correctly view the plant 3D files? These files will be viewed on a variety of machines with and without Plant 3D.

Do we need to upgrade to Navisworks 2013?

probably need to upgrade your navisworks to at least 2012 to match the plant 3d version

Also check the DWG loader version in the Navisworks settings.

Changing the loader version to 2011 brought it in looking correctly but without any Plant 3D information, we will experiment with the later releases of Navisworks.

Thank you
