platforms on vessels

I am using 2013 and need to add platfroms to vessles.

How do add a round platform to a vessel?

draw it in ACAD. I think you cannot create round plates with holes in structure 🙂

and, actually, i think you will get problems with trying to create railings for round plate. I also was forced to draw it in ACAD.

I was able in AutoCad to create the round rails.
I drew my arc and used the "swep" comand, it worked well.

Thats obvious, but I was actually talking about Plant structural railings. can be only straight from what I experienced, so i was forced to do round railings in AutoCAD - and yes, by sweep, and them circular array the supports.

i actually just now managed to create a round platform using structure plate!!! the trick is to create a polyline showing the borders of your platform, and then create a plate using existing polyline option.
