Plant Piping problem with auto TEE

After the tedious task of creating our very first comprehensive piping spec (and debugging) I am only encountering one major issue...

When I click on the "+" on a pipe or when I run a pipe into another pipe it should create tee automatically.  Instead, the pipe simply terminates at the pipe junction with no tee, however, it shows it as being connected with no errors.  We do have all of our tees specified but cannot find the problem to correct this.

Additional info:  We are using BV welded fittings

Did you populate the branch table for the spec?
