Plant D drawing freeze upon opening

Hello, I am working on a project that has equipment and piping drawings xrefed together on the due date for the project my local copy of plant began to freeze if I opened any drawing with the piping xref. We have two seats of plant the first was updated from 2013 to 2014 and the ,mine, was a 2014 trial then activated. The service packs are up to date. I tried again this moring to open these drawings thinking its an xref issue but I don't know?  I also copied the project to my local drive to see if the network was the culprit again no answer.

Thank You

A few things to try this / try that:

1) Close P3D and run the PnPLocalDataCachePurger: "C:\Program Files\Autodesk\AutoCAD 2014\PLNT3D\PnPLocalDataCachePurger.exe"

2) Launch P3D, right-click the projectL Audit the Project

3) Create a new project and Copy Drawings to Project to see if you can then open the DWGs.

4) Uninstall P3D and reinstall.  Saving this for last cuz it would take the longest.

I have done all but the last of those cures to no avail the odd thing is that the other seat works fine. Thank you for responding.

Does it work ok if you log on as another user on the machine with the issue?
