Plant 3D Suite - So many programs...?

We have the Plant 3d Premium Suite (currently running 2013).  I'm confused with what to do with all these different programs that are installed with it.

For example, Sketchbook Designer, Inventor Fusion, Design Review & Showcase.  What are you guys using these programs for?  Examples would be great.

Thanks!

Sketchbook nothing, sometimes I use inventor fusion for converting from other programs, but now 2013 has more import options.
Design review is good for dwf/dwg markup and sharing
Showcase is good for small model visualization.
