PLANT 3D ORTHO BOM Header

Is there any way to change the Size Column in the default Ortho BOM to say something other then "ND" in the column? I can change it manually after creating a BOM but when I update the BOM it goes Back to "ND"

I assume you mean Isometric BOM Header. I apoligize if I am incorrect

In the Project Setup, Under Isometric DWG Settings, Title Block and Display, Select the Iso Style that you want to change, then Select SETUP TITLE BLOCK.

This will open the title block file and you can adjust the BOM Table Headers.

Select Return to Project Setup and Save the changes.

You will have to do this for each Iso Style.

Then you will need to recreate/revise the Isometrics with the adjusted Style to diplay the change.

To make this a permenant Change, You will need to make these adjustments to your "Sample/Template Project"

I am refering to the ortho BOM Header, under Orth DWG Settings, I was hoping to change the ND heading to default to Something else, But seems the only way that works is to Turn off the ND heading and Create a New one in a project and copy the settings for any new project.

A BOM is not typical in an ORTHO drawing. Is this a custom table that is part of you ORTHO Titleblock template? How is the BOM generated?

The BOM is generated by Plant 3D and has labeling associated with the BOM, This is done with Plant 3D extensions 1 and 2.

I just have to create a new column and add it to the BOM and uncheck the ND comumn and slide my custom one where I want it in my headings at the top. This works Just fine, was hoping there was a easier way, I just create a Project to use to copy settings when creating a new one, and the BOM stuff all Comes in.

I'm glad that you found a solution. Soory that I didn't have Extensions installed to help out. I'll be adding them on so that I'm able to assist others iin the future.
