Plant 3d menus

This is the first time I tried to run Plant 3d 2014 and I have “question marks” on my ribbons.

 I have attadhed a screen shot.

Please help

I would first try a Repair Install, if that doesn't work, then try a reinstall.

Verify you have BOTH the PNP.cuix and PNP.dll files located in the path below.  If not, copy them from another user.

(This assumes you have the path below in Options / Support File Search Path)
