plant 3D 2014 Toolbar icons are question marks

My IT department have installed Plant 3D 2014 on to my machine and my toolbar icons are question marks. would be greatfull for any help.

When you say toolbar icons, do you mean the true toolbars, or are you using that as a general term for all the GUI such as the Ribbon, QAT, etc.?

If possible, have a new user log in to that machine and launch the program, does the new user have the missing icons also?
