Placing Olets

how can i go about placing an olet by a numerical distance from nearest fitting. for example i want to put an olet 3" from the weld of a 90 elbow.

How would one put an Olet on the bend of an elbow?

Custom model i would think.

In 2013, it should just go in on the elbow. It will go in perpendicular to the surface of the elbow. If you want it to go in like an elbowlet, you will need to use an elbowlet component.
