Piping Connection Settings Not Showing up

We have a newer employee that is just starting to use Plant3D. When he opens the same project as the rest of us, or even the training project, he has no piping connections set up. Shouldn't this come from the DefaultConnectorsConfig.xml? This is a SQL project and we are all pulling from a network project so we're all looking at the same files. Why would he not have these connections but everyone else does? This is in 2014 and his SharedContentFolder is set properly to the same as the rest of us. Any ideas???

We did a re-install and it seems to work as it should now.
