Pipe Routing and Substitution Grips Fail

In model space with 3D clipping planes activated the pipe routing grips (continue routing, rotate part, move part, etc) and the substitution glyphs fail to interact with the cursor.  Needs a fix.

Thanks,

DGrant

Just to make sure I'm seeing the same results; with 3D clipping planes active, grips for any pipe that is partially clipped do not function, but pipe sections that are fully visible still function, correct?

For example, I have the front clipping plane active. I select the adjust pipe elevation grip for a section that is fully visible, move it up until it's partially clipped and at that point the grips no longer work.

I am having this same issue in a DWG.  The other items in the project (Plant 3d) work fine, but this one DWG is having the "non-existant grip issue".  It even does it on other machines.  Any ideas?
