Pipe line number tag issues

I have noticed a few lines in my model where the components have line number tags correctly associated with them, however, the line does not appear in the pull-down, in the properties dialog, or the pull-down list in the Part Insertion menu.  When I try to assign one of these line numbers to a component(s), which the only method available is through the New/ Assign Tag dialog, it then instantly switches to "Unassigned".  What is going on with this?

Sorry but I did not get a resolution.  It seems to happen mainly when a pipeline is copied to another location.

I have the same problem before, try running "AUDITPROJECT" it did well for me.

I try the command but I still have the problem. I can create my line but after that in the properties the value for Line Number is still  "Unassigned".

after doing that command, have you try assigning tag.

my experience is that the particular line number tag cannot be assigned on any pipeline.
