PE x TE Nipple AutoCAD Plant 3D

I can't seem to find anything except THDM type nipples in the ASME Pipes and Fittings catalog in the Spec Editor for AutoCAD Plant 3D 2012.  When I use a nipple in a SW fitting (ex: a SW tee) I get an error and a leak point appears.  Does anyone know how to select a PE x TE nipple?  Surely this must be a trivial action but the Spec Editor only lets you sort by one (1) end type (i.e. only one End Type column).

Duplicate the item in the catalog and change the end types. Then add the new item to the spec.
