PDO Extended Fields Plugin for 2014?

For P3D 2013, we used the PDO Extended Fields plug-in for BOP COP & TOP successfully.  We've upgraded to 2014 with Extension 1, but now these custom annotations will not work.  Only the default Center of Pipe works.

Any clues what broke and how I can get my annotations working again?

In 2014, they added fields call Bottom of Pipe and Top of Pipe, which you can use in your annnotations instead of the TOP/BOP properties.  We will be releasing a new version for 2014 soon (when the Plant store goes live).

For some reason, my 'Bottom of Pipe' & 'Top of Pipe' default annotations are not working.  All that shows up is 'BOP EL. .'

In the Data manager, those fields have no values in them.

Any ideas how to fix this?  I could have sworn this was working when I first upgraded to 2014.
