P&ID lines and Custom Specs

Hey, I'm having some issues linking my P&ID lines with a custom spec I made. I only have 4 specs in spec sheets folder, however, for some reason its pulling from else where. Its showing the default specs and not my custom specs. When I open the P&ID Line list, its empty and I can't route my piping. I did include a image to further illustrate my problem. Thanks.

P&ID Spec list it's simple text list. Which you can edit manually. When you insert new spec in SpecSheet folder, it's update only 3D spec list, not P&ID list. Because 3D list it's dinamic, and P&ID it's text list.

I have the same problem. But I don`t understand how to put this specs to the P&ID spec list?
