P&ID Line List not refreshing accurately

When attempting to use the P&ID Line List to route piping in the 3d model, the P&ID Line List does not accurately reflect the line numbers that are currently in the project as verified by the data manager. I deleted line 004 and used line # 020 instead in my P&ID. However, as you can see the P&ID Line List apparently didn't get the memo. Any thoughts on how to get the line list to refresh with current data? Line number 004 does not show up ANYWHERE on the P&ID nor is it listed in the Data Manager, yet the P&ID Line List still shows it?
