Orthographic Drawings

Can you update a view in an Orthographic drawing? I can not find a way to do this other than entering an entire new view.

If you can not update the ortho view, that is pretty sad. Based on my experience, when we do an industrial job, we could have hundreds of drawings and the lack of the ability to update your drawings to match your models creates a ton of unnecessary work.

If this is possible, please help.

If not, shame on you Autodesk. Instead of creating a tool that surpasses others in the industry, you have taken a step back. You could even take a lesson from the Revit engine for nothing more than the "intelligent" annotations.

Currently We do not have an update function for Plant 3D's ortho views. This is something that we are working on for future releases.
It would be great if you could take a look at our latest Beta release for Plant 3D and see what we are currently working on. Below is some information to sighn up if you are not part of the Beta comunity.

Important Note: The previous MyFeedback Portal has officially been retired. From now on, all Alpha and Beta programs of Autodesk products will be hosted by the Autodesk Feedback Community website. Therefore, all previous MyFeedback Portal users must re-register as a new user at the below URL link in order to gain access to the Beta testing programs.

For new Autodesk Feedback Community participants:
Step 1: Visit http://beta.autodesk.com/
Step 2: Click the New users click here link.
Step 3: Read the introduction, enter the anti-spam character string and your email; and then click Submit. Make sure to complete the signup form and use a non-free or business email account.
Step 4: You will receive an email verifying your email account. Click the supplied link.
Step 5: On the verification page, click Next and fill out your profile information. This process includes choosing a user name and password.
Once your profile is complete, you can log into the new Autodesk Feedback Community and begin monitoring programs in which you have been accepted.
