Ortho Views Not Updating

Hello everyone,

I have a really big problem. I am/have been working in Plant 3D 2014, I have created a 3D-Piping Model and working on cutting sheets for a Preliminary Review, due in 72 hours. I have already made sheets with orthographic views, and have made more changes to the model and have to update the orthographic  views. Here is the problem...When I update the viewports, some update no problem and some update missing objects/inline assests/pipe...ect... I have attached a couple of PDF's to show what I mean.

Not sure if this matters or not, but I did recently upgrade to a new computer and IT said they copied everything to my new machine from my old, but I have had to re-set alot of settings to the way I had them before. Am i missing a setting...?

I am under a time crunch and need assistance....

Thank you for your help,

Damian Senden

This may be due to that ortho losing the path info somehow, or one of the source drawings getting moved or renamed, or something else that happened from getting moved to a new computer, etc.

If you use "Create Adjacent View" from one of the views that are working, can you regenerate it successfully?

Otherwise, it may be quicker to redo the ones that are broken.

(These orthos can also get broken if someone tries to edit them manually after being generated).

Martin-

Thank you for looking into this, I was unable to figure out why orthos were not working. What I had to do was open the project on my supervisor's computer ( he didn't have a computer upgrade) and update views from there, save the file, and then open the file on my computer, and it opened just fine. I do think it is a file path issue of some kind. After we get these sheet sets out we are going to uninstall and re-install the software to see if that corrects itself.

Thanks again....!

Damian
